    We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $79. No special codes are needed – free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout for qualifying orders.

    At Healthy Claws, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected, which is why we offer a friendly and hassle-free 30-day return policy. Your happiness is our top priority!

    Conditions for Returns
    • Eligibility: We accept returns of used products as long as they are not broken or damaged. We want you to feel comfortable trying out our products.
    • Exclusions: Unfortunately, customized products and dog clothes cannot be returned or refunded. These items are made uniquely for you.
    How to Return

    2. Return Authorization: Our friendly team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item. This helps us process your return quickly and efficiently.
    3. Pack Your Return: Carefully pack your product, including all accessories, manuals, and any other documentation that came with it. If possible, use the original packaging.
    4. Shipping: We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, so there’s no cost to you. Simply attach the label to your package and drop it off at the nearest shipping location. Easy and convenient!
    Refund Process
    1. Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. We want to make sure everything is in order.
    2. Processing: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and the refund issued.
    3. Notification: We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. You’ll receive a notification once your return has been received, inspected, and processed.
